The water reservoir or water dam of Kannaviou is located in the Paphos district in Cyprus and near by villages are Agios Demetrianos, Psathi, Asprogia, Polemi and Panayia.

It started in September 2000 and was finished in March 2006. In October 2005 the deposit of water started and it can hold 18 Million Cubic Meters of water.

Το φράγμα Κανναβιού αξιοποιεί το νερού του ποταμού Έζουσας, ενώ η κατασκευή του υλοποιήθηκε με στόχο την κάλυψη των υδρευτικών αναγκών τόσο της χαμηλής, όσο και της ημιορεινής περιοχής της Πάφου. Το φράγμα, χωρητικότητας 18 εκατομμυρίων κυβικών μέτρων, έχει τη δική του σημασία και ρόλο στη διαχείριση των υδάτινων πόρων. Η ροή του ποταμού Έζουσας ανακόπτεται και αποθηκεύεται στον ταμιευτήρα του φράγματος. Από το φράγμα ικανοποιητικές ποσότητες νερού αφήνονται να ρέουν προς την απέναντι κοιλάδα τόσο για εμπλουτισμό των υδροφόρων στρωμάτων, όσο και για συντήρηση της χλωρίδας της περιοχής.

Just above the village of Panayia in the Paphos district is a flat mountain top. One of the best wines in Cyprus are made from these grapes.

There is no soil but small stones instead and you would never think that on the top are... vineyards.

Tzielefos Bridge is a Venetian bridge that is the largest and biggest stone bridge in Cyprus. It is situated 6Km from Agios Nikolaos in the Paphos forest, between Elia and Roudia bridges. The path towards this bridge goes towards a lovely pine forest, over Arminou dam (seen in the video) and continues towards Kykkos monastery. 

Characteristics: Stone bridge, high above the river and the pavements width is narrow. It was built in this way so the branches would not block the water flow and destroy the bridge.

Το Βενετικό γεφύρι του Τζιελεφού είναι το μεγαλύτερο πέτρινο γεφύρι στην Κύπρο. Βρίσκετε 6Χλμ από το χωριό Άγιος Νικόλαος στο δάσος της Πάφου, μεταξύ των γεφυριών Ελιάς και Ρουδιά. Το μονοπάτι πηγαίνει προς το δάσος, δίπλα από το φράγμα της Αρμίνου (βλέπε βίντεο) και προχωρά προς το Μοναστήρι της Ιεράς Μονής του Κύκκου.

Χαρακτηριστικά: Πέτρινο, ψηλά από την ροή του ποταμού και στενό πέρασμα. Κτίστηκε έτσι για να μην μένουν από κάτω τα κλαδιά και να μπλοκάρουν την ροή του νερού και να καταστραφεί το γεφύρι.
